Sokhi Sandhu, DMD

Dr. Sokhi Sandhu, born and raised Kelowna, is very thankful for being able to serve his community. He has made a major shift in his philosophy and has taken extensive education to provide Biological Dentistry that is non-invasive, biocompatible, metal free, and combined with leading technology. He loves the opportunity to mentor new dentists that are beginning their careers and donates available time to the Gospel Mission and is one of the team dentists for the Kelowna Rockets.

Any time left over is spent with his wife and two young daughters and playing soccer.

Cole Merry, DDS

Dr. Cole Merry grew up in the West Kootenays of Interior BC. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Victoria, a Master of Science in Cancer Cell Biology at the University of Calgary and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Dr. Merry enjoys all aspects of dentistry and draws upon his experience providing dental services in Northern Alberta and BC, and in Nunavut. Dr. Merry is excited to provide excellent dental care to the patients of LifeStrength Dental. Dr. Merry believes that good oral health is an important part of the overall health of his patients and strives to give his patients the highest quality of care while also providing a comfortable environment that creates the best experience possible.

Outside of dentistry, he can be found with his wife and daughter exploring the many hiking trails and beaches in the Okanagan, golfing, and on the slopes and cross-country trails during the winter.

Simrat Brar, DDS

Dr. Simrat Brar has a strong foundation in dentistry and a heartfelt commitment to patient care.

Dr. Brar began her journey in dentistry at Punjab University, where she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2016. After moving to Canada, she gained invaluable experience working in various dental offices in administrative roles, which deepened her understanding of patient needs and the inner workings of dental care. Motivated to return to clinical practice, she pursued and completed her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Alberta in 2022. Following graduation, Dr. Brar made British Columbia her home, drawn by its beauty and vibrant community.

Continuing education is a cornerstone of Dr. Brar's practice with training in minimal sedation, dental implants, and Invisalign, ensuring her patients receive the most up-to-date care possible. Her gentle, compassionate approach and passion for dentistry create a welcoming and supportive environment for all her patients.

Outside of the office, Dr. Brar spends her free time exploring the stunning landscapes of the western coast. An avid painter, she has recently begun a new series of Okanagan-inspired landscapes
